It clusters women’s colleges (MCM DAV, Dev Samaj), which gives it a young daytime feel, and it holds the Garden of Fragrance, built around scented species like raat ki rani and damask rose, where the draw is smell, not spectacle.

A fact that reframes it

Right next to the city’s loudest food sector, 36 plays it quiet: more residential and institutional, a circular garden you walk for the perfume of it.
